The UAE has achieved a global high ranking for its national education
system, with about Dhs 3.9 billion of the federal budget being allocated to the
needs of its universities, colleges, targeting mostly its nationals Emiratis;
the country has moved forward in leaps and bounds in its holistic approach to
improving standards of living through improving its core countrywide demands
for high levels of healthcare and overall competitive HE systems.
Since the new millennium, the UAE including mainly the capital Abu
Dhabi, and it's flourishing neighbouring Emirates, Dubai have expanded on it's
education, vocational training and human resources needs by adapting its
national requirement to meet future needs in high skills and professional
expertise. These have seen a rise not only in the habitual male oriented,
father figure and head of the family main breadwinner; but equally so for a
growing number of a budding generation Y of highly educated young Emirati
ladies turned ambitious and highly motivated to take on the business world in
leadership, seniority and equal gusto, if not more so then their male Emirati
fellow citizens and counterparts!
These facts have been strongly reaffirmed, time and time again,
in education
forums and with head of states complete blessings, as Sheikh
Nahyan expressed his clear sentiments on educating women in his beloved country:
"In the UAE we are strongly committed to empowering our female students," Sheikh Nahyan said. "In all levels of our education system, there are more female students than male...For our country to be successful, all our students male and female, must have the education that will help them contribute to the society in line with their talents and goals..."

In view of the current statistics, facts and figures within
business markets and models, the female achievements and surge of girls
successful high attainment in their schools and universities; high expectations
have been construed on their abilities to take their gained knowledge and
refined skills from the theories of academia, and into the real world of
business demands and supplies, thus ensuring productive business models
in Enterprise
Challenge & Global Partnerships applied on the ground, along
sustainable long term competitiveness in the assets and natural resources of
the country.
With these promising open formative educational and business
strategies, establishing a solid link between academia and corporations couldn’t have
been more auspicious for both Emiratis men and women. In fact, these are turning to be a
great beneficial spill over, reaching a wider net of multinational young
citizens of all background and nationalities residing in the UAE alongside
fellow Emirati citizens, and much beyond, into the global arena made much more accessible since the latest technologies have in fact reduced the international world into a Global Village!
The need is obvious, young graduates in their third to fourth year
at universities and colleges will need to consider seriously the implications
of their degree! Work prospects looming near, and time will soon come for them
to take part in serious business undertakings, showcasing their learning,
consolidating on their acquired knowledge into further vocational
apprenticeship. These will need to be constantly updated, reinforcing valuable high skills, consistent successful models
and commendable work ethics into everyday viable employment expertise.
Demands are expanding and the needs are growing to maintain running efficiently the business engines of the national economy, keeping the financial sectors from banks to investments well within a sustainable ongoing state of affluence influx!

The employment mechanism of the national economy depends on it! So
are the good lives, national and family expectations of each and every student,
turned proud graduate and into an accomplished executive, co-leading the future
wealth and growth of their much awaited flourishing destiny within the borders
of their country.
These will certainly be much better assisted through well devised
and well constructed business coaching and career mentoring programmes.
Unlike most neighbouring Arab countries, the UAE
has been opening doors, making allowances and acting as an amazing progressive
engine, moving forward with great confidence and pride, showing off its great
accomplishments as the tasks at hand require. These are starting to bear some growing effects of
prejudice against the gender norm of corporate discrimination, gradually
shedding the previous old fashioned and unproductive acts against the female
executive in favour of the more dominant and reassuring male figure head.
At the moment, Leadership may
still remain predominantly with its male
superstars, however, despite persistent reservations by some observers in various
industries, the female diplomacy is in full swing, very much adamant towards changing
the business Arabian landscape for the better!
